Record an integrity observation
During supervision, work through the checklist and record how each component was implemented. HapSci calculates a treatment integrity percentage from the applicable components.
Review the pattern
Use the dashboard and analytics to review observations over time, see components that may need attention, and find programs due for monitoring.
Follow up where needed.
Identify programs that need follow-up or additional monitoring based on observation history and integrity trends.
